Chair yoga has started in Southfleet Village Hall!
It will be held every Monday (except Bank holidays) 11am - 12noon. This class is a gentle yoga session using the chairs to sit on for our yoga practice or use the chairs as an aid for our balances. This classes is suitable for all especially if you would like to gain confidence in yoga and with your fitness. We will incorporate breathing practices and relaxation every week which is great for creating a sense of calm, help with stress and reconnect with a correct way of breathing that sometimes leaves us in every day life!
