About the event
Join Verity and I for a morning of yoga and sound healing to refresh your senses and banish those winter blues!
Clemie will take you through a calming yoga session which can be floor based or chair based (your choosing) and Verity will completely relax you with a gentle sound healing session. This is accompanied by teas, cake and chats to lift your mood after perhaps a busy week!
Start - 10am
Finish - 1pm
Bring a mug, blankets, pillows, yoga mat.
