About the event
Come and join Verity and I for another relaxing wellness afternoon. Set in the peaceful surroundings of Luddesdown Village we will reset our nervous systems with some yoga and sound healing together with tea, cake and chats!
The session will be held at Luddesdown Village Hall with an amazing view across the vineyards and rolling hills.
Schedule
1.30pm Start
Gentle yoga (chairs can be incorporated if needed)
Break for tea and homemade cakes. Time to take in the lovely views of Luddesdown Vineyard.
