ABOUT ME
I have practised yoga in some way since I was 18 years old and I have always found it of great benefit both for my body and for my mind. I started training towards my British Wheel of Yoga diploma in 2017 and finished this, post Covid in 2021. Since then I have taught weekly classes to adults and children alike. I offer classes that can be adapted for many conditions and injuries and I pride myself on the fact that all these classes are inclusive and fun! We have created a wonderful yoga community over these years and I welcome you to come and join.

Yoga from your own home

GROUP SESSIONS
Shorne & Upnor Village
My group classes are held in Shorne village hall near Gravesend and Medway Yacht Club in Upnor, which are both lovely spaces in their own right. Classes on Tuesdays Wednesdays are 75 minutes each and include pranayama (breath work), asana (yoga postures) and relaxation. Friday classes are 1 hour. They are for all abilities and modifications are always given to tailor the class appropriately.

Yoga in schools
Just as adults benefit from yoga, children can too. Yoga classes can be introduced in a fun way to teach children about their bodies, breath, emotions and much much more.​
