I love yoga and have experienced the wonderful benefits it has to offer. In this fast paced life we led it is important to take some time for yourself to relax and unwind. Yoga can give you this as well as strengthen and stretch your body. I look forward to sharing with you the insights I have learnt so far along my yoga journey.

I have been practicing yoga since I was 18 years old. I found it relaxing and beneficial to my body but never understood the intricacies until recently. I came to complete my Level 4 Diploma in yoga with the British Wheel, which I loved and found very rewarding. I started teaching while studying and have met some lovely people along the way. Yoga is not just for your body, it is for your mind and can also be a spiritual practice. There really is something for everyone and I hope you give it a try!

Yoga Is Self Care
My group classes are held in Shorne village hall near Gravesend and Medway Yacht Club in Upnor, which are both lovely spaces in their own right. Classes on Tuesdays Wednesdays are 75 minutes each and include pranayama (breath work), asana (yoga postures) and relaxation. Friday classes are 1 hour. They are for all abilities and modifications are always given to tailor the class appropriately.

Clemie’s classes are all drop in sessions , available at varying times and in different venues making it easy to fit in a class to suit everyone. The classes are enjoyable, well structured and open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
